Mariano Corso Parish Choir
The choir of the Parish of S. Giovanni Battista e S. Emerenziana in Maranzana arose in the Christmas of 2001 thanks to the will and the tenacity of the Master Mariano Corso, unfortunately no longer among us.
The choir has made a hundred or so representations almost all for use in the liturgical service.
It sang in the Churches of Alice bel Colle, Mombaruzzo, Castelletto Molina, Moirano, Neirano, Orsara Bormida, at the rest house of Mombaruzzo and in the Church of S. Donato in Genoa, Turin, Alessandria and other Sanctuaries and participated in Acqui Terme review of diocesan choirs in October 2004.
In its repertoire has about 60 songs covering all the festivities and periods of the liturgical year.
Today the choir is directed by Master Mauro Berretta.
